Before you book
How soon can a technician come?
In most parts of Dubai we can attend the same day if you call in the morning, and next day for late bookings. Urgent jobs such as a leaking fridge or a flooding washing machine are prioritised.
How much does a repair cost?
The cost depends on the appliance and the part needed. The technician inspects first and gives you a full price before starting. If you decide not to proceed, you pay only the inspection charge.
Do you repair all brands?
Yes. We work on European, Japanese, Korean and locally sold brands, including built-in and imported units.
Is the repair covered by a warranty?
Yes. Parts and labour carry a warranty. If the same fault returns within that period, the return visit is free.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes, including Saturday and Sunday. Call or WhatsApp and we will confirm the nearest available slot.
Can you repair at my office or a rental property?
Yes. We handle homes, apartments, villas, offices, cafés and rental units across Dubai. Landlords and property managers can be invoiced directly.
